For the purpose, relevant enterprises in Wuxi and the likes in China Worldbest Group are directed to jointly establish by promotion Wuxi Life Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. as the development and management enterprise of Wuxi Life Science and Technology Park. (It is the first enterprise-oriented company of development and management in hi-tech development zones.)
