After years of endeavor, a restaurant chain has developed into a giant in catering business, owning more than 10 subsidiaries or branches, multiple central cafeterias and more than 100 chain stores. It has thus drawn attention from many investors. A world-renowned PE fund reached a consensus regarding the proposal of investment in the chain after rounds of competition.
